The beautiful courtyard offers a perfect spot for morning coffee. It truly feels serene with the fountains and well-kept gardens. While enjoying the pool, I noticed it could get a bit crowded due to the limited lounge chairs available. Service by the pool was also lacking, which made it hard to enjoy fully. I had issues with room service being slow at times, especially when looking forward to breakfast. One specific downside was the jacuzzi in our room. it felt neglected and needed a proper clean before we used it. These minor maintenance issues took away from an otherwise lovely stay. The restaurant had great food but the hostess at breakfast could use some customer service training. Overall, I loved the aesthetics and ambiance but felt the inconsistency in service and room upkeep could be improved.
